Out to Dry, 22″ x 15″ original watercolor painting of laundry hanging outside a window in Italy by Linda Abblett. The artist’s perspective from her street view makes us feel we’re standing beside her, enjoying at the sight of colorful laundry fluttering in this little nook in a complex rooftop on a brilliant blue sky day. Windows and shutters, peeling walls and terra cotta tile roof bring context to the piece, and Abblett’s signature shadows add contrast to the otherwise peaceful scene.  Predominant earth tones with blue and green hues in this painting. The original painting and giclee prints in the same size as the original and half the original size are available.
